When Compassion, a global leader in child development and poverty alleviation, needed a solution to engage donors more effectively, they came to Radiant (Bark’s charitable division) to help reimagine their primary donor system, MyCompassion.

Our goal was to help Compassion bridge the gap between donors and the children they sponsor by simplifying the letter-writing process and enhancing the user experience. Using our strategic gap-filling model, Compassion integrated us as part of their team, and together, we created a donor portal that empowers sponsors to engage in meaningful communication while staying up to date on the lives they help transform.
